O.R.S Hydration Calculator App This app helps you calculate the correct amount of O.R.S. Hydration Tablets required to take with water to properly hydrate your body based on your activity, duration and intensity.  Directions for Use One tube of O.R.S. Hydration makes up to 10 litres of hydrating sports drink. For quick and easy results simply drop 2 of the tablets into 200ml of water. The tab will dissolve on impact with the water. Great for drinking both during and after exercise to replace fluids and electrolytes lost through sweating.
