NHS COVID Vaccination

NHS COVID Vaccination Service

The COVID vaccine is offered here on the NHS to everyone. Getting vaccinated is an important way to protect yourself if you’re at increased risk. It will reduce the likelihood of catching COVID-19 or mean that you’re symptoms are less severe and that you can recover quicker. You’re at an increased risk if:

  • are aged 65 or over
  • are pregnant
  • are aged 6 months to 64 years and have an increased risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19 because of a health condition or treatment
  • live in a care home for older adults
  • are a frontline health or social care worker

You can now book your flu and COVID vaccines using the NHS Booking Service. We will be providing vaccines from Wednesday 1st October. For appointments, you can book between 9.30am-12pm. We will be having walk-in clinics from 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday, with extended clinic Times to 7pm on Thursdays.
