Hc45 works by altering the body’s responses to inflammatory reactions. It contains the active ingredient hydrocortisone acetate which one of a group of medicines called corticosteroids. Hc45 is a white moisturising cream that provides an effective treatment that reduces inflammation and relieves itching and irritation for up to 12 hours.
